Constipation is caused by the change in the people bowel habits, not enough fluids or by a poor fiber in everyday diet. If you suffer from chronically constipation and you don’t have bowel movement for 48 hours, if you have difficulty in elimination stool you must consult the doctor for prescriptions remedy. But when you have black stool or diarrhea alternates with constipation more than 3 days in the row you must know that is not a good thing and you need to visit urgently a doctor.
