Mike Tyson was once the king of the ring and in the ’80s he was known as “Iron Mike”. Over the years ,his legacy has been tarnished by controversial and at times disturbing, events. A documentary film entitled Tyson, speaks out about his life, in and out the ring.When Oprah invited him in her show she said:”I was so impressed with what you were able to reveal about yourself”. All his life was about memorable matches and tumultuous marriages and his fight with drugs and alcohol. Mike said he never intended to scare people but since he was a boy growing up he’s taught to act tough and fight back. When Mike was 16 years old ,his mother died. He never knew his father. His boxing trainer Cus d’Amato was his guardian and he had a big influence in Mike’s life because he prepared Mike mentally and phsically for his life. After Cus’death, Mike felt alone in the world and he began abusing drugs and drinking alcohol. After years Mike got married with actress Robin Givens that in an interview with Barbara Walters she said Mike was maniac depressive. Eight months later Robin and Mike divorced. After all he lost his first fight and later he was convicted of rape and served three years in prison. In 1977 when Mike fought with Evander Holyfield , he bit him twice, once in each ear. He was disqualified and condemned by the media. After his tumultuous life, Mike’s darkest days were brightened by his children and he knew he had to change his life otherwise he’ll destroy his family.The children are now Mike’s focus and his wife Kiki. He also spoke about he’s 4 year old daughter death, Exodus. After his daughter died , he got married for the third time to his girlfriend Kiki.
