Drink lots of water if you want to have a healthy and bright skin . Non-consumtion of water leads to dehydration. Dehydration is the process by which the body loses more water than is consumed and the body does not have enough water to operate their natural functions.
There are many symtoms that may occur by dehydration: weakness, dizziness, fatigue, thirst, excessive dryness of the mouth, low blood pressure, fever, heart pounding, delirium, unconsciousness. These symptoms can lead to many serious illnesses. But water is considered the main ingredient of beauty. Experts’ conclusions are that dehydration leads to skin’ changes appearance and a large undrink amount of water will have a negative impact in the skin’s health. Water is vital for our body and skin because it is the basis of all body fluids, including blood and digestive juices, helping in sweat process ,assisting in the absorption of food, and also for the elimination of unnecessary substances from the body. Drink plenty of water during any season especially in the summer season. Drinking more water and you’ll notice how your skin will become more cleaner and brighter.
